• Max Capacity: 8 persons.
• Price begins at €350 per night for entire property. Discount for additional nights.
• 10% discount given to any bookings of 7 nights or more.
• Minimum stay 1 night.
• Service and maintenance fee of €90 to be paid at time of booking.
• All bookings require a €350 damage deposit which is fully refundable upon checkout. 
• Any bookings made within 3 days or less of arrival date will require payment in full at the time of booking.

Please Note: 

50% deposit must be paid at time of booking in order to secure reservation. Balance must be paid at last 3 days before arrival date. Valid form of ID must be presented at check in. Cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival will receive full refund. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a 25% refund of total amount paid with cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival not entitled to any refund.
